Just ordered from DirectBikes, should I cancel?

I just bought my first moped the other day, the 50cc Panther Scooter from Direct Bikes, and stupidly I didn't look into the company beforehand. I had been in love with this scooter for a long time and decided to finally buy it. Well, today I decided to research their reviews and wow they are super terrible, saying garages won't touch them, the bikes break easily, their aftercare is awful, etc. Should I just cancel my order? And if I should, where should I buy a bike from?
