How do I improve?

I’ve been playing WoT for a long time, mostly Free to Play.

I feel like I understand the dynamics of the game but I don’t seem to have improved much.

The other day someone messaged me post-battle to abuse me and mentioned that I was so bad for someone that had a 12 year old account.

I checked their account and their rank was 4 times higher than mine with higher averages across the board.

Help me get good.

FYI I’ve just got my first 2 T10s in the last year.
