Help me decide

I just recently got into Courtney. When I mean recently, I mean the sale they just had. I got a lot of clothes for Julie and Josie. I didn’t really think I had money or space for a third doll. Then I read her books…

They are wonderful and nostalgic and I felt like she would have been a best friend to me back in the 80’s. I once had Felicity, Elizabeth, and Molly and I never thought that I would want to collect my own time period as a historical doll. But collecting the 70’s and 80’s has been so much fun!

To my dilemma. I got back into AG from reading this sub. I got a Julie to be friend to my Josie, and my mini me is in the mail (I decided on Chrissa). I kept seeing Evette posts and she is the most beautiful doll! The Josefina face mold is my favorite. I love her outfit too! But I also love Courtney’s outfit. I’m not a huge fan of her og mold, but her retired collection is so expensive! I will probably never have her jeans jacket, jeans, splatter dress and jacket, nor her skirts. Buying her jean skirt from her meet outfit is also crazy expensive. It would be probably cheaper to get the doll just for her outfit. But I love Courtney’s character, so would it be weird to get Evette to cosplay Courtney? What do you all think. Those who have Courtney, what do you think about her?
