Judo X Gym
Hello dear judoka, I've been doing judo for over 10 years now and now I want to go through with the gym. 2-3 times a week in addition to judo training. My question is what should I do best. My consideration would be upper body, lower body, judo-specific training (uchi komi with weights, etc.). Do you have any other, better suggestions? If you need further information just ask.
