Doing 5/3/1 once a week with Judo + BJJ

I currently do BJJ 2×/week and Judo 2×/week. I previously tried doing 2 weight sessions hitting OHP, Squat, Pullups, Seated Rows, and RDL twice a week, but I got overuse injuries. I'm now planning to do 5/3/1 with FSL 3×8 once a week, based on another 5yo thread I saw where someone did that. I plan to only hit the gym once a week so I can have 2 full days of rest + I don't have time to do double sessions However, i'm planning to modify the exercises a bit, so the gym day will look like this:

OHP: 5/3/1 FSL 3×8 (option to do bench/incline bench as the 3×8)

Weighted Pullups: 5/3/1 FSL 3×8

Squat: 5/3/1 FSL 3×8

Seated Rows 3×8-12

RDL: 5/3/1 FSL 3×8

Leg Curl: 3×8-12

Hammer Curl: 3×8-12

Core

Will hitting the main lifts once a week be enough volume for me to noticeably progress? I want to progress my lifts slowly but surely, not just maintain them/have minimal progress.
