Got walked in on while changing. I’m cooked

So my mum walked in on me changing and saw me covered in half healed ones, scars and some fresher ones from a day or two ago. I am cooked. Context: i’m 17, and I asked if she’d seen my jumper, because it had vanished, and i was in just a shirt and underpants. She walked in and immediately freaked out. I asked her “Is it in the wash?” not realising what was wrong and then realised i was cooked. So yeah i said “i did not say come in.” And she then said we will talk about that later and i said under my breath that we won’t. So yeah that’s a few levels of “i’m cooked chat”

So yeah. Now what do i do?
