Thoughts on the Swytch Air conversion kit

Hi, I am considering getting a Swytch Air on my Classic Tour from Temple Cycles. I am planning for the ordering and installation to be done by a local shop. The local shop advised that I will lose my Temple Cycles warranty if I go ahead with the conversion. I think I can live with that.

Do you think the Air would suit my needs? The things that matter to me are as follows:

Appearance - I want something that fits the aesthetic of this lovely bike, hence why I was leaning towards the thinner/lighter battery option. Would you suggest mounting on front bars or where the bottle cage is?

Assist - On weekends I like to ride into the city. It's about 10 miles each way and is reasonably flat. I've done the trip a few times on my bike, but I think it would be nice to have a little boost along the way.

Am I right in thinking the 15km range is what I'd get if I set the level of assist at the highest setting? i.e., if I used a lower level of assist, would I get a longer range?

Thanks.
